Volunteer Open Evening
Dippy’s visit is rapidly approaching. We’re expecting huge crowds to want to see him and will need a small army of volunteers to help make the visit a success. We have already signed up over one hundred helpers, including volunteers new to the Museum as well as some existing volunteers, but we still need more.
Do join us for our Dippy Volunteering Open Evening on Thursday 28th September. Drop in at any time between 4pm and 8pm to find out how you can be part of this exciting experience.
You will be able to talk to staff and volunteers from the Museum and from the Jurassic Coast Trust, our Dippy partners, to find out all about Dippy and which volunteering roles might suit you best.
Would you prefer helping at the Front Desk or in the Tea Room, Stewarding, being a Tour Guide or an Education volunteer helping to deliver sessions to school children?
You will, of course, get a cup of tea or coffee and a chance to look round the Museum or have a brief guided tour.
We would love to see you there.
