Come and join us for an interesting talk by Richard Bradley, Emeritus Professor of Archaeology, Reading University

The talk will consider contacts between Britain and Continental Europe from the period of the first farmers to the earliest use of metalwork, emphasising the archaeological evidence for movement across the water and along the coastline.

Professor Bradley taught archaeology in Reading between 1971 and 2013 and has conducted fieldwork in Scotland, Sweden, Spain, and Wessex, including Cranborne Chase.

The talk is FREE although a donation of £3 is encouraged to cover costs.
